Doing Business at Hanger 11

One of the best features of being situated at Hanger 11 is that one is only 5 minutes from downtown, but yet one is not subject to the high costs. Most of our spaces include all utilities so there is little need to worry about additional costss and one is situated nia vibrant area in a character wooden building built in the 1940's.

Our building is divided into two seperate wings (east and west) with their own entrances if needed. our building is three stories high, with offices and studios on the second and third floors of each wing.

Our main floor has been designed for shop space and have 14 ft. ceilings that can accomodate small offices and small to medium light manufacturing. The sizes vary from 100 square feet to 2,850 square feet.

Hangar 11's floor is 30,000 square feet of which 20,000 square feet is available. This area can be used for mechanical and industrial work and has all the amenities such as 220 wiring, air, and a heat minimum of 5 degrees in the winter. Heat can be maintained at a higher temperture (arangements must be maid). Although the building is over 50 years old, we have kept up with the times and have the entire building wired for ADSL. Telephones aer also readily available at many places.
